Redazione AvvisatoreCarlo Conti and Vanessa Incontrada will host the 17th edition of the Tim Music Awards, which will be broadcast in prime time on Rai 1 today and tomorrow. The event will take place at the Arena di Verona and will feature over 50 artists who will be recognized for their achievements in the Italian music industry. The awards will honor albums that have achieved Fimi/Gfk Gold, Platinum, and Multiplatinum certification between September 2022 and September 2023, as well as the Multiplatinum singles released during the same period.
The Tim Music Awards will also include awards for events and tours that have attracted over 100,000 (Gold), 200,000 (Platinum), and over 300,000 (Diamond) spectators between September 2022 and September 2023, based on Siae certifications. Additionally, special awards from Fimi, Siae, Earone, Assoconcerti, and the Arena di Verona will be presented.
The lineup of artists who will perform during the two nights includes Achille Lauro, Alessandra Amoroso, Alex, Annalisa, Biagio Antonacci, Articolo 31, Ava, Anna, Benny Benassi, Big Fish, Bresh, Clara, Gigi D’Alessio, Francesco De Gregori, Drillionaire, Elisa, Elodie, Emis Killa, Fabri Fibra, Geolier, Giorgia, Guè, Il Volo, Lazza, Madame, Angelina Mango, Fiorella Mannoia, Marco Mengoni, Me Contro Te, Mr. Rain, Negramaro, Matteo Paolillo, Laura Pausini, Max Pezzali, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, Pooh, Danilo Rea, Renga Nek, Rocco Hunt, Rosa Chemical, Rose Villain, Salmo, Shiva, Tananai, Tedua, The Kolors, Antonello Venditti, and with the participation of Amadeus, Antonella Clerici, Enrico Brignano, Alessandro Cattelan, Andrea Delogu, the cast of Grease, and Alessandro Siani.
During the event, the winning emerging group of the TIM ‘Suona con la tua band all’Arena di Verona’ contest will be awarded on the stage of the Arena di Verona. After receiving over 1,000 applications from all over Italy, the best 15 acts were selected by the public and the TIM jury. They were then evaluated by a panel of music industry experts including Gino Castaldo, Carlo Conti, Leonardo De Amicis, Carolina Di Domenico, Carlo Di Francesco, Nek, Francesco Renga, and Lele Spedicato. The winning group will have the opportunity to perform at the TIM Music Awards – La Festa, which will be broadcast on Rai 2 on Wednesday, September 20th.
The event will also be streamed on RaiPlay and will feature the participation of Amadeus, Antonella Clerici, Enrico Brignano, Alessandro Cattelan, Andrea Delogu, the cast of Grease, and Alessandro Siani.
